Flowers in bloom, sun is all bright makes for some good snaps. Revisiting some items from past posts but this time....they're together. I wrote that last sentence in a corny, deep male movie trailer voice, I don't know if that's how you read it.
Today my dad and I went for a cycle..we were just going to go along the beach but then we somehow ended up doing a 15 mile trip to an old roman castle..(my legs are muscly enough as it is!) Safe to say I am shattered out, after several miles I kept hollering to stop over for ice cream, but he was all 'but we're nearly home'. AND he laughed at me when I nearly cycled off a hill but have discovered some great scenery for some photographs :D
I'm now off to eat my weight in chocolate raisins. xxx

Your bike ride sounds rather fantastic! I wish I was able to detour and end up at a castle, it sounds quite awesome!

15 miles! Oh wow! I do admire people who can do that. I usually think in my head 'ooh! I'm gonna be so sporty and go running for ages/cycle/swim 100 lengths and then end up not bothering and eating 6 bars of chilli chocolate... the good times I have! ReplyDeleteThe other evening I was munching my way through a bag of chocolate raisins while watching Trainspotting. (Great movie!) At one point I looked at the bag and saw how 'raisins' was spelled. I then realised why my predictive text had never accepted the word 'raisons'.
It was a defining moment.
