wanna disco, wanna see me disco

How's it going? I've had a really crazy, fun past few days- bingo, zumba, dancing till the early hours and baking pizza from scratch have all been on the agenda amidst my studies!

So across many anglo-blogs atm there are plenty of posts with primark findings.. I usually avoid primark, for many reasons, but the items cropping up across the blogs I follow were really against the usual generic tat so i went inside before work on saturday.. and blew over 50% of my weekly budget eeep!

I found an amazing sailor top which both allows me to pretend I own a boat and live in a 50s pin-up cartoon world

Worn with pumps

and soft curls

I also got a new make-up bag; I'd been using one I got free with Sugar/Bliss/Cosmo Girl half a decade ago and it was truly battered.. it cost a quid and was cute, but I'm inclined to believe the illustrations have been ripped off the designs of some poor talented grad student...PLEASE FORGIVE ME

I want to strip all the remaining ebony dye from my hair. It's time to face facts that I'm no longer a natural midnight brunetter and embrace my ombreness. Looking over photos has made me realise I look like I'm wearing a wig :{ ! I think black hair really suited me with a shorter cut  but long, not so much :s

I'm also kinda desperate to go red- I have been for quite some time now and think I may just take the plunge!

  3. Go red, GO RED!! I can't get enough of red hair atm, and can recommend L'oreal casting creme Mahogony if you wanted to try a semi-permanent one first :)

Love the top- Primark holds some treasures sometimes..far too easy to spend money!

  11. Wow love that top! I can't believe I missed that buy because I usually scower primark with I fine tooth kome and have never found anything that nice! And also Reading these comments I think that every one has pushed you to go red and not commented on how lovely your hair is anyway! I like it black but yes I do think you'd look raelly nice as red, and I too have been begging my mum to let me dye my hair just a little bit redder. You are lucky you don't have to ask permittion before you do anything! :D xxxx from thilde
