kings and queens

I have a love/hate relationship with the cold. Everyone tells me I'm a vampire because I love having my window open and don't leave my radiator on but then on the otherhand, this morning the freezy bus ride to work made me very angry. Perhaps I just hate public transport, not having the choice or being ill prepared...

I love knitwear though and the shops are full to the brim with gorgeous items..including this jumped from river island

My mother herself has been enthusiastic with the knitting needles (she's using knitting as a way of dealing with stress) so I keep recieving knitted gifts, I emailed some pictures of items I wanted so hopefully some 'inspired' bits will come through ;)

I went to the tester session of the stitch and bitch society at uni but it was really unwelcoming-no one said hi or anything and when I tried to make conversation with members, they brushed me off- so I'm tempted to outknit them all and parade some extravagent items I created without them or their society!
