I have the video though, so it's kinda like my first video outfit post-
The song was inspired by something I read in a short story by Truman Capote- the idea that once you've been taught to hate, you can't really go back. The quality isn't great as I recorded it myself.
In other news I was delighted to discover dry shampoo for brunettes has been invented! Batise has bought out a collection of coloured dry shampoos
As soon as I spied one in a shop I had to get one- my hair requires washing everyday and it's such a drag when all I've done that day is read and taken photos, but dry shampoo always leaves me looking like a dishevelled Lily Munster, no matter how hard I try to comb it all out. The brunette spray isn't actually brown (I was very worried about looking like I'd used dodgy dye) but a caramel colour, so if you do miss a patch, it looks like a natural highlight rather than dust/greying.
Have you tried any good new beauty products?
Hope you've all had and have been enjoying the summery weather :)

ReplyDeleteFun video!!
ReplyDeleteDry shampoos for brunettes! I would love to try one but always struggle with the expense; usually the dry shampoos are very costly. I typically just use (sparingly) the same powder I use on my face. This is a great way to get rid of a powder that I didn't particularly like, but am stuck with owning.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute video! The concept was really cool actually. I liked it.
Your voice is so individual and different! But in such a lovely way!
ReplyDeleteAlso, Batiste is a life saver! Seriously, could not live without it!
